Welcome to mountain top relaxation! "Tippy Top" is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath log style cabin overlooking a beautiful mountain view and just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg as well as the Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge. We are just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg with many quaint shops and restaurants, the cabin is located on a paved road and enables you to escape to the serenity of the mountains in just a few minutes. Enjoy three outdoor pools, tennis courts and more at the Chalet Owners Owners Club. If you are looking for privacy and spectacular mountain views in Gatlinburg, this is the cabin for you!
With 2 king suites and 2 full baths and 1 queen size sofa sleeper our cabin has an open floor layout and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The main level boasts vaulted ceilings in the living area with lots of windows to enjoy the serenity of the Smoky Mountain views as well as a cozy wood fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms are located on the lower level accessed by a spiral staircase and each has a full bath. Pet friendly cabin with pet approval and $75+tax pet fee per pet per stay.
The cabin has Spectrum wifi and Cable TV is located in both bedrooms, the living room and the recreation room.
We are just 4 miles from light #10 in downtown Gatlinburg and the main entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We are just 12 miles from the entrances of Dollywood and Dolly’s Splash Country in action packed Pigeon Forge. Just a couple of miles from the cabin and you’re right in the heart of the attractions, entertainment, shopping, and a wide range of dining selections on the main parkway of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The “Parkways” of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg offers fun for all ages with go-carting, in-door laser tag, and video gaming arcades for the kids; and hundreds of shops offering quilts, antiques, and a wide range of local shops with arts, crafts, and collectibles that make the days long and the stories even better. When evening falls, there are numerous options for entertainment from musicals, to magic, to shindigs and down home country fun.
Both bedrooms are located on the bottom floor, accessed by a metal spiral staircase that is pictured in the photos.
Tippy Top is located at the top of the mountain, be aware that there are steep mountain roads to get to the cabin and in the event of inclement weather you may need a 4 wheel drive or snow chains... otherwise the roads are paved and well maintained all the way. Travel insurance is highly recommended for winter reservations and may be purchased separately. If you do not buy your own trip insurance, you are self-insuring your trip and we will follow the cancellation policy with no exceptions. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
**Pet-friendly with a pet fee of $84.56 per pet for the stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Cancelation policy: 30 days ahead of check in date is 100% back and 14 days is 50% of rent back + all fees. Last minute cancelation, cleaning fee and damage deposit back.

Tippy Top Terrific! Beautiful cabin overlooking Gatlinburg. comfortable for two couples vacationing. Windy roads to get to cabin can be scary for some but we were fine with it. Saw a bear looking for food at the neighbors. Hot tub was awesome. Perfect for relaxing after long days. Very convenient location within 15 minutes of Gatlinburg and everything. Thank you so much.

Clean, cozy, private and everything our family was looking for. If i could give more stars I definitely would and will be looking to book again for future family vacations.
