You will enjoy your own comfortable and private space literally on Dollywood's doorstep! Sitting on the patio behind the schoolhouse, you will enjoy beautiful views of Parrot Mountain and watch the tram taking people into the park.
I've modernized the kitchen and filled it with all you need to enjoy meals together at the cottage!
It's proximity to Dollywood and Splash Country makes it the perfect location for a couples' or family getaway. The location also provides easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville.
Each bedroom has a flat screen smart TV and the living room features a big screen 55" 4K UHD smart TV. We have a Blu Ray DVD and book collection for your enjoyment as well as a full size washer and dryer!

Pet-friendly with a pet fee of $84.56 per pet for the stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

**Holiday Note**
We do not allow reservations that end or begin on Thanksgiving day or Christmas day.
Cancelation policy: 30 days ahead of check in date is 100% back and 14 days is 50% of rent back + all fees. Last minute cancelation, cleaning fee and damage deposit back.
Damage deposit of $250 charged upon booking, will be refunded as long as there is no deliberate damage or excessive pet clean up.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place for our dog as well. He really enjoyed the upper yard surrounded by trees and bushes. We could throw the frisbee and he could run around. Cottage was in the perfect location. We walked to Dollywood. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Montgomery School House. It was in the perfect location to get everywhere in Pigeon Forge. We loved being able to see the fireworks at night from Dollywood. Our pups enjoyed the yard at the top of the hill. My teenage boys loved playing the old school video game machine. The School house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable! We hope yo stay again next time!

Montgomery Schoolhouse cottage was the best we have stayed in, with all being on 1 floor with me being disabled. The privacy was great, and the big yard for walking our pups. We will be contacting you later this year for a trip we are planning for April 2024.

Quaint dwellings! Comfy beds and good space for a family. My 5 year old loved Ms Pac-Man game. Appreciate the last minute (literally the night before) accommodations and the cleanliness... the sheets and quilts smelled so good. Thanks again y’all! Will definitely return here next East TN trip!

What a great location for Dollywood! It was perfect for our family of four and our four-legged child. Plus, it is situated in an area that keeps you out of the Pigeon Forge traffic. It was quiet yet convenient. Plus, we loved all the TVs. We’ll definitely be back.

Awesome location and very homey with everything you need to be comfortable. Lots of kitchen extras when it came to seasonings, etc for making fabulous meals and washer, dryer and supplies for convenience. My family loved it here.
