If you enjoy ample space inside and out, amazing views day and night and don't like going up and down scary mountain roads, this is your cabin! Its a brand new build with flat roads to get here but you have a direct and gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains!

Main floor: open concept living/dining/kitchen area with a TV, an electric fireplace including a sofa bed, king bedroom and full bath with tub/shower combo and hot tub on back deck, Gorgeous mountain views from the front of the cabin on an acre yard with lots of space to walk, play and wooded views in the back. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans for cooking family meals. Charcoal grill is in the back yard. Easy access for people with limited mobility, meaning no-step entrance, bedroom with bathroom on entry level with access to kitchen, living area with recliner and no step to back porch area with hot tub.
Second floor: 2 king bedrooms with full baths, walk-in showers, plus game room with foosball, air hockey, multicade arcade game, TV and sofa bed.
Outside: an acre of grassy yard with a direct full view of the mountains in the front and grass and trees beyond. Room to enjoy walks, a charcoal grill for cookouts and rocking chairs for relaxing
Pet-friendly with a pet fee of $84.56 per pet for the stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

Situated on an acre of land, it is the perfect place to bring your family and friends and enjoy being both indoors and out in this amazing place! One of the unique features of this cabin is that the bedrooms are all king suites, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. All have their own full bathrooms as well. For extra sleeping space there is a sofa bed in the main living room and one in the game room loft on the top floor. Sweet Mountain Memories has a super fun game room on the top floor that features foosball, air hockey and a multi-game arcade game to keep the kids busy while you sit out on the porch and enjoy a nice beverage, take a deep breath and enjoy the incredible views! The hot tub on the back deck faces the back yard and the beautiful trees and is sure to be a hit with everyone. This unique cabin gives you a total feeling of relaxation--Smoky-mountain style! You are located in the town of Cosby, Tennessee, just 30 minutes drive east of Gatlinburg, right off the main road 321 that becomes the Gatlinburg strip and 30 minutes from Dollywood and all the attractions on the Pigeon Forge strip. Avoid traffic and crowds in Cosby and enjoy mom-and-pop owned restaurants like Carver's Apple Orchard and Janice's Diner and Doc's 321, enjoying unique and fresh made classic country dishes! You are within a mile of a Dollar General store for supplies and within 10 minutes of the local Walmart but when you are at the cabin, all you see is mountains, farm land and the other neighborhood cabins around you. Cosby is the adventure side of the Smokies and has its own entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National park with a dozen trails waiting to be hiked! It also has a lovely stream to explore or picnic at! Nearby the cabin you can go whitewater rafting or check out the live music and moonshine tasting at Adventure Distilling Co in Cosby, the original home of moonshine! We are also located near Smoky Mountain llama treks or take a tour in a side-by-side 4WD recreational vehicle! Avoid the traffic and crowds as much as you choose or go to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for the day and have this amazing oasis to come back to in the evenings!

Here is a current list of the free tickets you can get--one free per attraction per day, subject to change, season and availability: Anakeesta, Adventure park or Legacy ziplines, Big Creek Expeditions whitewater rafting, Alcatraz Crime museum, Beyond the Lens family fun, Country Tonite Music Show, Dollywood Theme Park, Dollywood's Splash Country, Five Oaks riding stables, Paula Deens Lumberjack Adventure Park, dinner at Mama's Farmhouse, Rocky Top Mountain Coaster, Soaky Mountain Water Park, Rowdy Bear Snowpark, the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel at the Island, Titanic Museum, TopJump Trampoline park and Wonderworks!
Cancelation policy: 30 days ahead of check in date is 100% back and 14 days is 50% of rent back + all fees. Last minute cancelation, cleaning fee and damage deposit back.
