Experience this charming, rustically modern mountain-top cabin THAT CONNECTS TO THE SMOKEY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK BOUNDARY LINE with a private walking trail, while still being close to it all! Four wheel/AWD recommended for access road which is fairly steep. No rear wheel drive vehicles. Perched high above the valley, Smoky Mountain Song Cottage is a 3-story treehouse feel adventure cottage (2,000 sq ft) which offers the ultimate privacy and connection to nature with its 2 large sweeping porches, deck with large HOT TUB, fast fiber-optic WIFI, and 7 acres of wooded property.

Upon arriving at your nature retreat, choose between 3 different bedrooms plus a bunk area, each with their own unique feel AND their own personal full bath. Wander over to the large, oversized windows to take in the wildlife and smell the hickory and pine wood wafting through the house. Downstairs, enjoy foosball, ping pong, corn hole, bocce, hook and ring or board games while grabbing chilled mini-fridge drinks and watching your favorite show on a 70 in. game room TV. Then make your way on to the raised deck to grill burgers on a large propane grill and enjoy dinner outside high up in the trees or have a nice cocktail on one of the 3 porches. Finish your relaxing day hot tub soaking under the stars and taking in the sounds of nature.

Once done relaxing in your very secluded mountain-top retreat, you’ll find adventure is just a stone’s throw away:

10 minutes to beautiful hiking and waterfalls in the Smokies in Cosby Campground, 10 minutes to local orchards and restaurants, 15 minutes to whitewater rafting and jungle gyms, 30 minutes to Gatlinburg, 40 minutes to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. We do not allow reservations that end or begin on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.

Cancelation policy: 30 days ahead of check in date is 100% back and 14 days is 50% of rent back + all fees. Last minute cancelation, cleaning fee and damage deposit back.
