LOCATION AND PRIVACY! Our beautiful newly built 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin is just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 10 miles from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood theme park and has amazing amenities!! This is not a resort cabin--it is off on it's own quiet piece of land and has a ton of flat parking and great privacy for being so close to downtown Gatlinburg! Not only do you have a private hot tub, but also a new private swim spa where you can exercise or seat 10 for a pool party! It will be heated in the winter for year round use. In summer, it is left at air temperature for regular pool use, with the jets available!

ACCESSIBILITY: Older guests will appreciate a flat entrance and a full king suite on the main level as well as recliner! Great for motorcycles or multiple vehicles! It has a front and back patio for playing corn hole. Have you stayed at cabins in resort areas that are cookie cutter, stacked next to each other, noisy and crowded with tight parking? Not here! Lots of space to park in a quiet area right off of Ski Mountain road. On the first level is our spacious eat-in kitchen with a dining table for 6 and equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals at the cabin! The living room has a smart TV and an electric fireplace. The master suite has a King log bed and a recliner to relax in. It has a ensuite full bath. Right up the stairs you have 2 more king bedrooms each with attached full bathrooms and a game room with a full sized air hockey table, foosball table as well as a 2 player multicade arcade game for hours of fun! There is also a smart TV in each room and extra sleeping space with 2 queen sofa beds and a full sized futon next to the king bed in one upstairs bedroom. Imagine your Smoky Mountain vacation here, economical and spacious, super clean and brand new everything!! Privacy and convenience is here!
