📜 Cancelation policy: 30 days ahead of check-in date is 100% back and 14 days is 50% of rent back + all fees.
📧 Please note that when you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email directly from Mountain Time Cabin Rentals. It will contain all the information for your cabin and making your second payments and signing your rental agreement.
🛏️ Each level has the same layout: a large living space with access to a wraparound deck and two bedrooms with large, en-suite bathrooms.
🛀 Two of the bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second, have relaxing jacuzzi tubs plus a shower. The other four bathrooms have large showers.
👨👩👧👦 This is a great cabin for multi-generation families. It has ample parking for 6 cars and is easily accessible with good roads that aren't too steep. You are close to the attractions with a nice mountain view, but you don't have to fight traffic to get there. RVs/trailers welcome!
🌲 We are located in an uncrowded neighborhood on an acre of wooded land. It has the mountain view with a feeling of privacy and space.
🎱 The game room is equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, pub-style table and stools, upright arcade game with 60 favorite games from the 1980's, so plenty to do on a rainy day. I've left one living area on the top floor with just couches and nothing to do but chat and look at the mountains.
🏡 While it has a great view of the mountains, the roads are very convenient and accessible, not steep. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants in nearby Sevierville, while still giving that feeling of being out of the crowds in a quiet relaxed setting. There is ample parking available at the cabin, and street parking available.
Please note: no check-ins/out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day to give our wonderful cleaners the day off.

This property was perfect for a Ladies' Trip mountain getaway and Dollywood. Everyone got to have their own room and bathroom which provided a good amount of privacy. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The common spaces were also very comfortable and accommodating. The first floor couches and kitchen were where we spent much of our time at the house. We found everything we needed for cooking meals. I appreciated that they had lots of the basics covered, including some seasonings including salt and pepper, and coffee filters. There were a variety of chairs on each of the decks for enjoying morning coffee and taking in the mountain views. There were plenty of towels provided in each bathroom, the only thing missing there was shampoo/conditioner/body soap, but most in my group had brought our own and shared with those who didn't. The hot tub and fire pit were also crowd pleasers. While some other reviews noted the fire pit was in the front of the house, my group didn't find this to be an issue and didn't feel it was too close to the road. There was very little traffic on the road and it still felt secluded. I would say the thing I loved the most about the property was the views from the decks. They face the woods and don't really look at any other properties. We enjoyed seeing the Dollywood fireworks at night and the firefly show in the woods was spectacular. I absolutely loved my stay and would rent again if in the area.

The Eagles Landing lodge was amazing for our trip to Seiverville. Conveniently located close to town with lots of entertainment and shopping options. Quick trips over to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for day trips. The cabin was great, very comfy and large enough for our big family. The kids played on the pool table and air hockey table all week. Even though they were on the 2nd floor, we couldn't hear them in our bedroom. Would recommend this cabin for a gully furnished home away from home.

The cabin was fantastic! With 2 king suites on each of three floors and 6 king suites total, our party had a great time. Beds were comfy! The house even has 3 separate AC units, one for each floor. The hot tub was clean and perfect for us during our stay. The place is a little hard to find if you’re coming in the dark, as it’s not labeled from the road, but the firepit is right next to the road in case that helps.Plenty of amenities here. The WiFi was fantastic! Definitely recommend loading local maps with WiFi on your phone before departing each day as cell service is sporadic in the area. Cabin has a great kitchen with a great stove, lots of pots and pans for cooking. We loved the four red sofas on the top floor, what a great conversation area. You aren’t far from groceries and local restaurants.There was a problem with the first floor A/C the first night but the owners fixed it the very next day (very responsive, thank you!). A couple of the bathrooms could use a little TLC, with towel racks falling off the wall. Little things, nothing major! Some things to know: The house next door has a fairly good line of sight to the hot tub from about 50 yards away, and the firepit is right next to the road rather than in the backyard.Overall, this was a great house with a lot of amenities. I would highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!

I rented the 6 bedroom 6 Bath cabin Eagles Landing for our family. It was absolutely amazing! The cleaning was amazing. A beautiful panaramic view!
My grandchildren really enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and arcade games! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast! More than Enough extra pillows and quilts to accommodate everyone 😉 We did s'mores out by the fire pit! Was delicious 😋 This place is the perfect place for a family get together! We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful and clean home we stayed at. They were very accommodating given our original rental cancelled on us the day of arrival! When going back to the Great Smoky Mountains, will definitely look into booking with them again!

Melinda was an amazing host! Even when our previous rental had cancelled on us last minute she was very quick for response! The pictures do not do the home justice as it was even more beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning! We loved the free tickets received with the rental as that was such an added bonus! We will definitely looking into renting again if we come down to the Smokys!
