We had such an amazing stay over Christmas with family. Plenty of room to gather or spread out when we needed space. Location is close to all the wonders of the area. Melinda went above and beyond to make sure to answer all of our questions and make sure our stay was as special as possible.

Let me start by saying this was the fourth cabin we've booked in the area, the first we've booked through VRBO. This place was by far the best. It's in a great area, wooded but the roads were paved and easy to navigate. The cabin itself was spacious and CLEAN. We had a 11 month old that crawls everywhere so first thing we did was sweep/mop the floors and it was basically a waste of our time, they were already immaculate. The kitchen had everything you need for your stay. Two regular coffee pots (think Mr. Coffee) and a Keurig style maker. The pots/pans were in great condition, also a griddle and waffle maker that made breakfast easy. We didn't use the grill, smoker or flat-top on the porch but they looked to be in great condition (the smoker is brand new). There are also more than enough dishes to go around. The bedrooms were spacious and each room had it's own bathroom, everything in perfect working order. The TV's used internet connection and had access just like basic cable along with Netflix, YouTube and other apps. The best room was the bottom floor which consisted of one main "Gameroom" and one bedroom with 3 bunkbeds (full size beds, not twins). We had 5 teens/pre-teens with us and they claimed that space and we left them alone... perfect. Lastly I'll say the communication from the property manager Melinda was absolutely top notch. Every question I asked over VRBO messaging was answered right away. We had a little hiccup with the internet connection when we arrived, I called the number for the manager, Melinda talked us through the issue and never had any further issues with anything. I would not even hesitate to book through them for our next trip. It was definitely and 5-STAR stay.

If you want to stay in an awesome cabin without dealing with as much GBurg traffic this is the place. It has the biggest sectional I’ve ever seen!

Located close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge, but just enough off the beaten path that you could go out to restaurants, movies, etc without having to get into all of the area traffic. Great space, plenty of room to spread out. Cabin was as advertised, and had great amenities. Cabin was basically in a neighborhood of other rental cabins. Several noisy neighbors our last night there, but no fault of the owner of this property. Just something to consider when rentals are in such close proximity to one another. All that said, we'd rent this space again and would definitely recommend to others traveling with a large party.
