Thanksgiving in the Smokies
Our stay was wonderful and we had everything we needed. We had a little trouble with one of the tv’s connecting to internet and the propane ran out for the grills. We reached out to the management company and they came and took care of us. It was such a refreshing experience to have such constant contact with the management team! Customer service and communication receives 10 stars! Thank you for helping make our families holiday memorable!

We took a big family vacation (6 adults and 6 kids of various ages) and had an amazing time. We stayed in the Eagle's Haven Lodge and couldn't have had a better experience. The cabin was very clean, HUGE, had all the amenities, a beautiful view, and such friendly owners. It was perfect for our big group and fit everyone's needs. Location was also amazing for our visits to the national park, Dollywood, downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We are already thinking about our next trip!

Headline: Great spot for a large family
Positive: Place was very clean and had everything we needed for 8 adults and 7 grandkids. Plenty of room. Not right in the middle of everything so it felt close to nature. Staff was extremely quick to respond to any issues or questions.
Negative: If I have to nitpick, there was one issue. There was a beautiful pool table with 5 sticks. None of the pool sticks had tips. We still played a little bit but would have been better with proper pool sticks. Small inconvenience though.
