Difficult to find a cabin so private, pet friendly, roomy for groups, well a stocked kitchen and mountain view, lots of parking, with all the amenities: gas grill, hot tub, full game room, WiFi, Flat Screen TVs in every room, picnic table, 3 levels of deck space, etc!
Nestled on a cul-de-sac with a beautiful view of trees and mountains, our cabin welcomes your family to enjoy a lovely spot in the Smoky Mountains! American Eagle Cabin is a brand new rental, sleeping up to 12. Pet-friendly and family-friendly but very clean, this cabin has the perfect family layout with a private luxury upstairs suite for the parents and a fun game room with sleeping space for the kids on the lower level! Three steps up to the main level, there is one queen bedroom and one bathroom and open concept kitchen/dining and living area with electric fireplace and deck with grill and seating. The main level has a wraparound deck with a grill and chairs to sit and talk, read, or just look at the mountains and forget your cares. Upstairs is a private master suite, complete with a Jacuzzi, fireplace, and private bath. A walkway from the bedroom leads out to a private balcony where a couple can enjoy the mountain view.
Downstairs is the game room with a pool table, air hockey, and a card table with another bedroom with queen sized bunk bed and full bathroom. There is also a deck with a hot tub and chairs on this level. Convenient to all the area attractions but away from the high-traffic areas, it's a little oasis, perfect for a family who wants to enjoy time together, while also enjoying space and privacy.
We go the extra mile and supply a baby gate, large pet crate, high chair, and pack-n-play for our guests' convenience.
Pet friendly with prior approval and a $ 75+ tax pet fee per pet.

Cancelation policy: 30 days ahead of the check-in date is 100% back and 14 days is 50% of rent back + all fees. Last-minute cancelation, cleaning fee, and damage deposit back.

Great communication leading up to our stay with all necessary check-in information. Upon our arrival, we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the property. We had three families in our group and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom on their own floor, which gave necessary privacy and separation. The game room was a great place to hang out and shoot pool, watch TV or play vintage arcade games. The view of the Smokey Mountains from the decks was amazing. Plenty of room and seating on the decks to hang out. The hot tub was very clean and the water is changed out after each stay. Overall it was a great experience and we would absolutely rent here again if we are ever in the area.
American Eagle was exactly as promised and then some. Beautiful wrap around porch with plenty of seating. We’ll stocked kitchen for cooking and ice maker. Kids absolutely loved the games and activities on the lower level, they barely came upstairs. Our only issue was remotes for main floor TV having wrong size batteries, but we made do and it was no big deal for us. American Eagle is quiet and close to Severvielle shopping and attractions. Thank you for such a great home.
We had a great time staying at Melinda’s. Cabin was clean & had plenty of space. It was a great area & quiet.
Melinda’s team is very thorough with providing a safe clean environment for a family. Easy to find home. Beautiful views. Great amenities with the games provided. The amount of places to sleep/beds was perfect for a large family to enjoy and be spaced out. Lots of towels for larger families. Their Team responds quickly to emails in regards to the home and follow up. Overall great stay for our first time in the smokies and will definitely visit again when more family visits wanting to visit the Great State of Tennessee. Thank you Melinda and Team

The American Eagle Cabin is a wonderful place to visit. It is welcoming and comfortable for a large gathering. The views are spectacular from all three balconies! The location is perfect with lots of indoor space as well as outdoor space. I highly recommend the American Eagle Cabin if you are planning a trip to the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg area!
