Property was as described. Had a problem getting in the door (My Fault) Called property manager, who emeditely responded and walked me through entry procedure. Refund was promptly credited as promised. All in all a good trip. Would definitely go again.

Great cabin for me and my wife to have a weekend getaway. It felt very secluded like our own quiet spot in the Smokies. It was an excellent location, a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It’s unusual to find a wood burning fireplace, it really added to the rustic ambiance of the cabin, which we really enjoyed since we live in the city. It have all the amenities we needed; hot tub, grill, cable TV, arcade game, stocked kitchen, movies, Jacuzzi tub in one of the large bathrooms. We loved our stay! It was such a great place to relax, more than enough space for up to 4 people. The host was very friendly and was prompt in giving us all the information we needed.
